DOB 4/1/25 Hey there, everyone! I’m Neptune, a handsome, playful brown tabby fella with white tuxedo markings on my chest, paws, and tummy. I love it when Foster Meowmy scratches my chin, ears, and cheeks as well as when she gives me “bum bongos.” In case you don’t know, that means I like for her to pretend that she’s playing the bongos on my back near my tail. Boy howdy!
