Meet Marcelle At just 2 years old and 55 pounds, Marcelle is trying to make sense of a world that changed overnight. After the sudden and tragic passing of his owner, Marcelle and his brother found themselves in a rural North Carolina shelter with no family left to care for them. Now safe in Maryland and currently located in Odenton, Marcelle is hoping for a second chance at the love and stability he once knew.
