In the shelter’s words · excerpt

People vacated an apartment, leaving outrageous filth and debris behind - and also 10 cats. Vinny was one of those cats.Vinny is a delightful boy. He is shy, but will come close to his foster Mom, especially when it it time for treats! He will sniff her outstretched fingers but does not want to be actually touched.
