Marcus

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Marcus — a gentle Black Mouth Cur mix still waiting for the love he deserves. Marcus’s story is a heartbreaking one. In December 2024, the person who was supposed to love him dropped him — along with two other dogs — at a boarding facility and never came back. Since that day, Marcus has spent over a year living in a kennel, paying the price for a human’s failure.
