Mara

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Mara, a truly remarkable bunny whose resilience and spirit inspire everyone who meets her. Mara came to OHRR as a rescue transfer from a rescue in Pittsburgh after being found abandoned outdoors with several other rabbits. When she was rescued, Mara was emaciated, pregnant, and unable to keep her balance. Despite everything she had endured, she never gave up. Over the past several months, Mara has flourished.
