Toby *easy going lowrider*

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Toby is a basset/beagle mix. He is around 5yrs old. He had a rough start in life, coming from an abusive situation we were told. For this reason, he can be leery of men, will growl when first meeting them, but hasn't bitten anyone. He needs someone who understands his past and goes slow and doesn't push his limits/scare him.
