Arnold is a male cat in need of a rescue, foster, or adopter who can provide a safe place for him to stay. He has been exposed to panleukopenia and will need monitoring and supportive care while his health status is assessed. Arnold would benefit from a stable environment where he can be observed closely and receive any veterinary care that may become necessary.
