In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Doug! This sweet, handsome boy was found as a stray and rescued from Chicago Animal Control. Doug is a young boy estimated to be 18 months old and weighs approximately 50 pounds. When he was found, shelter staff noticed Doug had nystagmus (involuntary eye movements) and his head seemed to be a bit shaky. The cause of these symptoms is unknown but doesn't seem to have any impact on him.
