Here is a boy with quite a story. Budd is a 3-year-old Dachshund mix weighing 30 pounds. He came to us having been saved from euthanasia. You see, his hind legs were paralyzed and not everyone thought he could have a good life this way. Well, we in rescue have other ideas! In fact, we’ve been working with him and Budd has made a lot of progress that his foster would be happy to tell you about.
