Toby

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Toby, a Labrador rescue from Rosarito with a heart as big as his soulful brown eyes. Life hasn’t always been easy for Toby—he came to us shy and uncertain, recovering from a tough battle with mange. But with time, care, and a lot of kind words, this sweet boy will blossom into a loyal companion who just wants to love and be loved. Once he feels safe, Toby’s playful side shines through.
