Rover

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Rover is a happy, playful little pup who’s ready to take on the world with toys in his mouth and joy in his heart. Rover is very much a puppy — curious, goofy, and eager to learn. He’s friendly with people, enjoys lap time, and absolutely loves his toys. Watching him play is pure entertainment, especially with those adorable ears and his bouncy puppy energy.
