Meet Penny! Penny was originally found by a janitor on a high school campus in Reseda. She was found with her two other siblings, all of whom have a rare genetic eye abnormality. She was born with his eyelashes growing inside of his eye, and therefore needed surgery to remove the eyelashes in order to prevent any damage to the eye.
