Maggie

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Maggie. Maggie’s family split up and moved their separate ways… but somehow, everyone forgot about her. She waited on the porch for a week. Watching. Waiting. Hoping someone would come back. No one did. When we received the message and went to check on her, this sweet girl ran right up and let me slip the leash on without hesitation — like she knew she was finally safe.
