Kelsey

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Kelsey Kelsey is a sweet, gentle girl who is learning that the world can be a safe and wonderful place. ❤️ Kelsey spent quite a bit of time in the shelter, where she had a little extra challenge navigating her surroundings. She has mild Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH), a condition that affects balance and coordination, so she has a cute little wobble when she walks — almost like a tiny drunken sailor.
