To meet Whisper, please text 214 621 1139 Meet little Whisper - our oddball of a kitty. There is a Walmart parking lot cat colony in Plano where several feral cats are scrambling around for food among dangerous traffic and cars. Little Whisper was barely 7 weeks old when she was also found starving and trying to make her way in the world. We don't know how she managed to scrounge around for enough food to survive.
