Toots

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Toots! She is around 8 years old and a black Lab. Toots and Tasha came to us after being dumped by her previous owner who used them for breeding and discarded them when she was done with them. Toots came to us in rough shape and is finally getting the TLC she needs. In spite of her condition, she maintains that typical happy-go-lucky Lab spirit and her tail never stops wagging.
