Roscoe

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Roscoe is still searching for his forever home! This handsome little guy has come such a long way since entering rescue. Once shy and unsure, Roscoe has blossomed into a quirky, loyal lap dog who loves nothing more than being close to his person. He’s feisty, funny, and full of personality — the kind of pup who’ll make you laugh every single day.
