Coretta

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Hi… I’m Coretta. I’m named after Coretta Scott King, and like her, I tend to stay in the background — calm, observant, and quietly present. I prefer to watch from a safe spot until I’m sure everything feels right. The way to my heart is gentle voices, slow approaches, canned food and playing with me. Wand toys are my favorite and will definitely enhance your chances of being my friend.
