Ruby: Not at the shelter

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Ruby's family would like to rehome her to a knowledgeable new caregiver willing to work with her reactivity toward other dogs. (She is not spayed.) We were told that Ruby was saved from euthanasia from another shelter, but her adopter was not aware of her reactivity toward other dogs.
