Roscoe*Adopt or Foster*

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Sweet Roscoe has definitely seen some hard days in his life, as can be seen by some old scars on his face. He went into the shelter as a stray and was diagnosed with heartworm disease. He is currently at one of our vets and will be treated for heartworm and given a thorough exam to determine what medical treatments need to take place to make him feel better.
