A ‘SPECIAL NEEDS’ CUTIE PIE: Approx. 8 years old / Approx. 15 lbs. Hello - I’m Neo! I was found on some railroad tracks by a good Good Samaritan. After completing my stray hold through animal control, I spent a couple of weeks with them, during which I was treated for pneumonia. Wanting me to have the loving home I deserve, they helped me make my way to Mostly Mutts, where I’ve continued receiving great care.
