Lucy Girl

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Lucy Girl has the kindest eyes… the kind that tell a story. When you first meet her, she gently lowers her head in submission, as if she’s unsure whether she’s allowed to trust. It’s heartbreaking—and it makes every little tail wag and soft kiss she offers feel that much more special. The best part? Lucy wants to love.
