Richie

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Due to no fault of his own, Richie needs a new home. In 2023, Richie and his sibling were found in a cardboard box on a busy, congested street filled with people and cars. The finder contacted TLC K9 Rescue, and without hesitation, we took them under our wings. ❤️ His brother has since been adopted, but poor Richie has been bounced from one home to another.
