Newt

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Just look at this face!! That scruffy little beard, those adorable ears, and that Halloween outfit? Newt is serving up ALL the cuteness! This handsome, tri-colored Chihuahua mix came to Outcast Rescue from ACCT Philly after being found as a stray. We don't know what his life looked like before rescue, but we know this little guy deserves a future filled with love, comfort, and a family to call his own.
