Sweet Sadie has been in foster care for one year today, patiently waiting for it to be her turn, wondering why it never is. She’s a good girl, takes treats nicely, is submissive to other dogs (and comes out of her shell in their presence), gives the sweetest kisses, is house and crate trained, and loves toys. She loves to go on walks and go on adventures in the car. And yet, it’s never enough.
