Paco

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Paco, a 1½-year-old Chihuahua weighing just under 9 pounds, and don't let his tiny size fool you. This little man has BIG energy and an even bigger personality! Paco may have been a bit shy when he first arrived, but he has really come out of his shell and discovered that life is much more fun when you're surrounded by friends, toys, and opportunities to be ridiculous.
