In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet GRU ❤️ A true miracle boy Just minutes away from losing his life, GRU sat quietly in a kennel at Contra Costa Animal Services, not knowing his time was almost up. No family. No one coming. Just a lonely, scared soul waiting for a miracle… and that miracle finally came. GRU is a 2-year-old German Shepherd / Australian Kelpie mix, weighing 56 lbs, and he is vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered.
