Penelope

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Penelope is looking for a calm, consistent home with someone who can be home most of the day. She loves her person and wants to be a constant companion to them. Initially she is cautious with new people and she really needs to meet them on her time, so new people need to sit and allow her to decide she is ready to meet you.
