In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Fizz is a dog that hasn't had a lot of reasons to be bubbly in his life. Once neglected, Fizz came to our shelter as part of an investigation and he's come so very far during his time with us. He's found his sparkle and now he's ready to find his forever family. Fizz is housetrained, knows some tricks, and can't wait for you to take him around town and show him how good it is to be a kept man!
