Britt

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Some dogs arrive at the shelter carrying a little baggage. Britt arrived carrying a lifetime of hardship. At just 3 years old, Britt came from a hoarding situation where he lived with far too many animals and far too little care. When he arrived, he was nearly unrecognizable—bald, pink, and terrified of the world around him.Over the last three months, Britt has slowly begun to heal.
