Otter is friendly, playful, and full of energy. He enjoys being around people and loves attention, playtime, and exploring new places! :) He’s still learning and would do best in a patient, supportive home that can help guide him as he grows. :) He’s ready to find a loving forever home where he can be part of the family and finally settle in with people who will care for him and give him the chance he deserves.
