In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Verna is every bit the tortie — and she proudly comes with the tortitude to prove it! She loves being petted… but only when she decides it’s time. Once she’s in the mood, though, she’ll stretch out, roll around, and happily demand all the belly rubs you’re willing to give. She’s super playful, endlessly entertaining, and always ready for her next adventure — especially if food is involved.
