✨ Meet Wishy Whispy ✨Wishy Whispy is a very special mama who has been through more than her fair share of hardships. She came to us from the streets of Hartford, weary from a life of surviving on her own and raising litter after litter without help. When she arrived, we braced ourselves, certain she’d test positive for FIV—but to our surprise, she didn’t.Her name comes from the look in her eyes—eyes full of wishes.
