A face worth stopping for.

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Frank Sinatra is handsome fella rescued from the streets after a very hard life, having to scramble for food, protect himself, etc. The person feeding the strays never had enough food for all, so they had to fight for food. Extremely sad. He was a little rough around the edges when he came to his foster home, had to learn he’d always have food, love, kindness and to feel safe.
