In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Jazz ❤️ Hi, I’m Jazz! I was just a puppy when I found myself wandering the streets of downtown Tijuana, desperately following people and trying to find someone—anyone—to help me. I was so thin, covered in fleas, and terrified. To make matters worse, I still had a cable wrapped around my neck. Somehow, I had managed to break free from where I had been tied.
