In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Frankie — or “Frankie Dankie,” as he’s lovingly called. Frankie started out as a street cat who was fed and slowly befriended over the course of a few years. One day he showed up limping, and it was clear it was time to step in and get him help. What began as a simple plan to TNR him turned into a full vet visit, where it was discovered he had an abscess from fighting and several old battle wounds.
