Penelope

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Penelope, the little puppy who surprised everyone! When she first came to Mountain Mama Pyrs & Pups, we were told she was a "Chihuahua puppy." Well...she had other plans! As she grew, it became very clear that this beautiful girl was destined to be a Cattle Dog mix, and we couldn't be happier. With her striking ears, expressive eyes, and loyal heart, Penelope is absolutely one of a kind.
