Andy

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

This cute little boy is ANDY, he was named Raggedy ANDY because he looks so bad full of mats and overgrown hair. He had been on the streets a long time by no fault of his own. Someone on a street in San Antonio knew him and his owner. His owner died and the family put poor ANDY on the streets. The neighbors felt sorry for him and would take turns feeding him.
