A face worth stopping for.

In the shelter’s words

Hi! I'm Carl and I came to Mickaboo from a home where I had lots of budgie friends. I was very nervous when I moved to my foster home without them but I'm doing much better now. I chirp good morning and I feel safer with the back of my cage partially covered right now. My foster mom is feeding me healthy food including lettuce and Nutri-an cakes. You can see more about me at https://mickaboo.org!
