10/17/26 WAIVED ADOPTION FEE!! Celeste cant stay in rescue forever, she really needs to find her forever home! Shes holding up a spot for others in need, plus she deserves a home of her own. PLEASE SHARE!! She's in New England. She needs to be the only pet in the home. It is VERY hard to find homes for dogs who need to be the only pet in the home. No dogs, no cats. She loves people!! She is all the things.
