A face worth stopping for.

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Oscar was found trapped in a garbage bend. He had been there for awhile because you see all his bones. Since being in rescue he has gained his weight back and made himself right at home. He loves sleeping on my bed and being rubbed. I don’t think his former home ever played with him because he was confused by cat toys. He is gorgeous medium hair blue cat with the most mesmerizing yellow eyes.
