Flounder

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

WATCH MY VIDEO...Flounder is only one year old, and we can only imagine the hardships this precious boy has endured. When found, he was emaciated and starving, with cuts on his body, hair loss likely caused by malnutrition, a chemical burn down his back, and heartbreakingly, a leather belt tied around his neck. We will never know what happened to Flounder, but we know he deserved so much better.
