Gunther

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

My name is Gunther. It means Warrior. I’m a little older guy who’s been through some stuff. When I came here, I was so sick. I had an upper-respiratory infection, a urinary tract infection, hookworms, heartworms, knee problems…I was so tired…I could barely walk and I was about 20 pounds under weight. I battled back because I am a warrior. But they tell me I’m also a goofball.
