A face worth stopping for.

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Foster or forever home wanted, meet handsome Dover! Dover is another example of what rescue is all about. Humans have failed this boy more than once and he's barely a year old. Dover found himself in the Lancaster shelter the first time on June 5th of this year. He was brought in as a stray, no microchip, collar or tag. He sat in the shelter for a little over a month, just long enough to get sick.
