A face worth stopping for.

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Billy Ray is finally learning that people are good. This handsome guy LOVES other dogs and his people. Billy Ray came from a home where he lived in a crate non stop. His owners didn't even take him out of the crate to clean him - they dragged the crate outside, and sprayed the crate and him with the hose. He was stained in urine, stressed and reactive to people. He was suffering from mange and was very underweight.
