Meet Chippy! Chippy is a really sweet, cuddly dog once he has some time to trust you - which is understandable since he was abandoned on the side of a road in a crate. He loves snuggling on the couch in the evenings and does well on a leash around his foster's yard. He'll need someone patient enough to let him adjust on his terms, which may take a few weeks.
