In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Roger! Roggie is a very special boy who will make the right person *very* happy. When you unlock the key to his heart, the rewards are unparalleled. Roger is still in the process of overcoming a lot of trauma from when he was abandoned in his carrier on a street in Brooklyn in the middle of the winter.
