Tux

In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Tux is a beautiful 8-year-old tuxedo cat who has spent her entire life as a beloved only pet. Due to her owner’s illness and dementia, she was heartbreakingly surrendered when her family could no longer provide the care she needed. This sudden transition has been very difficult for Tux, and she is currently struggling with the stress of change. Tux must be the only pet in the home and needs a calm, quiet environment.
