In the shelter’s words · excerpt

A5801782 Ellen is a beautiful, gentle girl with a soft cream coat and adorable pointy ears. At just 2 years old, this sweet Carolina Dog / German Shepherd mix has already been through a lot, but she hasn't lost her willingness to connect. Volunteers noticed how she leaned in for affection, even resting against their legs while they wrote notes about her.
