In the shelter’s words · excerpt

Meet Otto – A Little Prince with a Whole Lot of Puppy! Some dogs are cute. Some dogs are handsome. And then there's Otto. This breathtaking 10-month-old, 14-pound, purebred long-haired miniature dachshund looks like he stepped straight out of a royal portrait. With his rich chocolate coat, flowing silky ears, and those gorgeous, expressive eyes, Otto is quite simply a showstopper.
